There should be a page where wholesalers can create and enter their own account information and upload their resale certificate making them sales tax exempt without time and effort from the Shopify store owner for each new customer. It would increase the number of wholesalers signing up not to have back and forth emails - this process is not streamlined on this app and should be effortless.

I had an issue arise when I was trying to exclude some items. Maria was very diligent and turn the issue over to the tech department and the issue was resolved. She kept me informed of the progress until it was solved.

This app was fantastic the short while I used it. I had to uninstall it for the time being because of the monthly fee was more than we were able to abide this time of year. But we definitely will be reinstalling early next year. The trial was nice but I'd be more interested in a cheaper price option at this stage of our business.
