We want you to be confident trying PartnerMetrics. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
7-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers)
If you are subscribing to a paid PartnerMetrics plan (Starter or Unlimited) for the first time and decide within 7 days of the initial charge that PartnerMetrics is not for you, email billing@partnermetrics.io with your account email and we will issue a full refund through Lemon Squeezy. No questions, no forms, no friction.
The 7-day guarantee applies once per account. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, subsequent renewals are not covered by the guarantee but are still subject to the cancellation terms below.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. When you cancel:
- Your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period
- Your account is not deleted — it reverts to the Free tier and keeps your data and tracked apps
- We do not issue pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the current month (except where required by applicable consumer protection law)
Plan downgrades
If you downgrade from Unlimited to Starter mid-cycle, the new (lower) price takes effect at the start of your next billing period. We do not refund the difference for the remaining days of the current cycle.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Lemon Squeezy will retry automatically over several days. If all retries fail, we will email you and downgrade your account to the Free tier. You can resume your paid plan by updating your payment method in the customer portal — your data and configurations are preserved.
Disputed charges
If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@partnermetrics.io before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours by direct contact. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension while investigation is in progress.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law. In particular, Indian consumers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and EU consumers retain all rights under EU consumer protection directives. Where those rights provide stronger refund terms than this policy, those rights prevail.
