After using this app for around 4-5 months our WhatsApp Business account has been banned twice for using an unauthorized API. Now we've lost our main WhatsApp account and have 100's of dissatisfied customers in terms of CS.
Good experience so far, but yet needs improvement. sometimes, it stops working.
