Use WEB-STAT everyday. It tells us so much about our customers journeys through the store. If I have ever had any issues, Olivier has gotten back to me so quickly (considering I am in Australia) and he and the team are always so willing to help.

The customer service here is PATHETIC, they can't really figure out anything.....the app doesn't load properly more than 50% of the time on the sign-in page of your Shopify store, you have to go to your admin screen in order to get it to load properly and even then it's still about 50% loading properly and 50% a blank screen....they don't really want to provide anything here of use unless you are …

This app is great to monitor the real time traffic. It was my main usage for an early stage Shopify store. GA4 has delay and Shopify analytics does not show all the data easily. Our Meta integration had issues which we confirmed by using WEB-STAT. Overall a great app for us.

Great App to track Customer visits, Customer conversions and bot activity. The app allows you to see real time analytics and gives detailed reports every month. What would be good is heatmap and customer journey in realtime.
