This app is AWFUL. No customer service present to assist with urgent matters. Just redundant answers and incompetent support specialists. I used them since 2020 and nothing has changed. Divy and hos previous team were perfect, but now the software has gone to crap. Highly DO NOT recommend if you have a full operation doing 1M+ in sales per year. Lots of bugs and shortcomings.

The app has been very good, much easier to get products loaded than other apps we have used. Customer service has been excellent we received help to any questions we had getting started.
