I was looking for a feedback app that could be used on my order status/thank you pages using Shopify's new checkout extensibility. This app fit perfectly. App works great for running a post-purchase survey. Easy to setup and great AI features built in. Customer support is very quick to respond and always so helpful. By far the best support for any app/software that we use.

Killer App! Every year it just gets better and better. Our fav feature is that it tags the user & all of the products they bought along with giving unique discount codes at the end of surveys.
