UPS Small Package Quotes

This is the second Shopify store I have used Eniture's UPS Small Package Quotes app on, the experience has been great. It is very easy to configure and has many advanced features. I definitely recommend it if you have anything but a simple product catalog for shipping small packages. It also has much more flexibility than using Shopify's native shipping features.

We use this app plus the FedEx Small Package and one of the LTL apps. They have all helped to provide a great checkout experience for our customers. They have enabled us to provide accurate shipping calculations. Any issues we've had, the Eniture team has been very responsive and helpful to resolve them. I recommend their apps.

Horrible experience. I downloaded their UPS and FedEx APPs to calculate my checkouts. 1) I put in all of the information and it is still showing bad rates so we contact them and they say that if we want it to calculate the right weights, we need to upgrade to the highest plan and checkoff the calculate box size which costs an additional 3 cents per calculation. 2) we do that and we still get so…
