Customers can ask about products on WhatsApp and get answers right away, and when a conversation needs our input, it’s easy for us to jump in and take over. Overall, it’s been a good addition to our stack.

Flowcart has been easy to setup and use. You can pull all the segments directly from shopify and broadcast to them on WhatsApp. I'm starting to see their cart recovery is working really well for us as well. Its been great so far to boost sales and improve customer experience overall.

What I like most is that it saves our team time. Most of our customer questions get handled automatically, and only the ones that need a person reach us. We just setup a campaign where we ask 4 questions on WhatsApp and recommend products based on our customers response helping us sell 2 to 3 products in one go.
