syncX: Stock Sync & Inventory

Excellent customer service. The team went above and beyond by converting my .zip file into a .csv on their end and ensuring that pricing and inventory quantities were updated accurately. Their support made the entire process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

I dont recommend this app. The filters do not work well and even when they are set up they dont seem to stay in place. Stores want a simple set up want the confidence that once it is set up that it wont change.

The syncX:Stock Sync team have been immensely helpful when I had questions. They got back to me quickly with answers and were very friendly and professional. Overall Stock Sync 'just works' in the background. It's a great app and provides a great deal of functionality and removes lots of otherwise manual work.

This program is used to sync inventory with Turn14. They will not add the field for MFG QTY or DROP SHIP QTY. These fields are present in the API. I have gotten them in contact with the data team at Turn14 but apparently no matter how many times we ask or bring it up they refuse to get this field added so the data can be used properly.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with this app – especially the support. Even though they advertise Priority Support, you don’t feel it at all. The in-app support function seems to be nothing more than automated bot replies that are useless when you have real issues. Individual concerns are not understood or simply ignored. Support via email is also hardly reachable. Either you get no respon…

Support is extremely poor. Not existent support. Waited 16 hours and still no human contact. Paid for credits and then get ignored after multiple messages. I would choose a different app. I will happily change this review if i have some contact with support and my problem resolved.
