It does some of what it is supposed to do, but that's about all I can say positively. I can't say I'm very impressed yet, but I am still a customer, so it is what it is.

Great way to integrate with some excellent suppliers. Support staff is super responsive and helpful.

Hand down the best customer support I've seen in a long time. Very knowledgeable staff. Quick to respond help with any issue big or small. Great and fast system. Connection between their system and Shopify is very smooth and straight forward. Can't say enough. Thank you guys!

Id love to give this app and team a high rating, But its constant complications, laggy uploading process is a major issue. It takes far to long to upload products 10 or even a 100 at a time and if you go up to 500 it takes a large amount of time to load or errors out. The product itself is good and serves a great function for growing Shopify store. The customer service seems to be improving. It used to take weeks sometimes to get responses. When you do get someone, they are usually helpful, but could go the extra mile to make sure your integrations are working flawlessly.

I have been utilizing Spark Shipping for almost a year now. I cannot recommend this team and app highly enough.
