If I could give a zero-star negative review, I definitely would. This app is completely unusable after installation; I can't place orders for items in my store, yet I was inexplicably charged a usage fee. My refund request to customer service was refused without a reasonable explanation; the customer service was extremely poor.

I strongly advise against using this app! The platform frequently runs out of stock without ever proactively notifying you; you have to discover it yourself. Customer service is also terrible—extremely slow to respond, and they only offer perfunctory answers when problems arise, providing absolutely no effective solutions. Orders were constantly being sent incorrectly or delayed, and I frequently received customer complaints and refunds after using their services. It also cost me a significant amount of advertising money and didn't help my store at all; I'm very disappointed.

They never shipped the order. I kept waiting for it to be shipped, but it kept showing "pending processing." Then I spent a long time contacting them, and it took them several days to reply that the item was out of stock. That's when I realized they were unreliable, a terrible company, and complete scammers.

Personally, I have a terrible experience with this app. When sales are high, their shipping is very slow. The speed is outrageously slow. It's been 30 days! Most orders still haven't been shipped, and they haven't given any reason or solution. Customer service responses are always vague.
