I have been using SmartrMail for 5+ years for my retail shop. The app makes it easy and seamless to automate email contact with our customers, to promote new products to existing customers and to have an overall process in place to handle this portion of our business. I recommend SmartrMail for retail business.

Do NOT use Smartrmail Enhanced. I used this app for years without problems. I got a pressure sale and BIG promised of how they were going to bring in big money for me. The email automations they created had nice designs. However, they used AI to generate content, which caused errors (linking my business incorrectly, wrong address, most importantly wrong branding, etc), they lost 26000 email accou…
