Very bad app and unstable, and the support is useless; they can't resolve the core bugs, don't subscribe waste of time and money, searching for an alternative any help?

We have used Webkul apps for other systems (DPD integration for Odoo) in past with so-so experience. Using the Shopify Odoo app continues to be so-so again. The idea of the app itself is pretty good and the implementation would do its job. What we see are performance issues and lack of service. Tickets are not followed up and kept open for over 2 weeks. We have been using the Odoo Connector app for several years now. Despite some of the bugs and errors we face from time to time, it is still our best option given our business and operational needs.

Currently, if you wish to sync prices of variants, you need to install the "Product Variant Extra Feature" module. To install this module, you need to migrate from Odoo online to Odoo.sh or Odoo on-premise and subscribe for another app outside of Shopify
