Shiptection is filling in all the gaps that our previous order insurance app had. Flexible aesthetics and function, responsive customer service and tech support and a clear and fair income split. We have not had to deal with any claims yet, so I can't speak to that portion of their services yet.

I have been using ShipTection for a couple of months without any issues. They have a good revenue share and we do have some people add it to their purchase, so it is a add value to those customers. I looked at a couple of their competitors, but they wanted a much higher portion of the sale. We have never had a claim on a delivery. It is a win/win for a bit more revenue.

We get way too many fraudulent orders with this app, even after uninstalling it! orders come in for $.98 with ONLY shiptection on it (no product)- this app is a target for fraud as people are checking to verify if stolen cards work by only buying the shiptection.
