not able to login, whatsapp api connected but hang after submission. waiting for support response since 3 days no updates.

I am trying to create an Engage my account but I am not able to create the WhatsApp Engage Account. Shopify support failed to assist me.

Suddenly the app stopped working as expected after few days. Whatapp number that was associated earlier does not show up and no order verification message is being send now. New order does not even show up on Order list section. Raised ticket but no response until now.

Very Good Support and Service.. Specially Mr Nitinji has resolved my querries immediatedly after raising concern and provided me with better solution which are must for ecom store
