This app is truly crap. It has a lot of great functionality, and integrates a ton of carriers. But the UX sucks, their support is not helpful. And worst of all, there's barely a day that it works without issues. You're on chat with their support all the time. It's a major pain. And all that at the totally crazy price of €200/month, a multiple of what we pay for all other Shopify apps together and…

Interessante esperienza di interazione con il team di supporto di ShippyPro. Quasi in tempo reale si interagisce con un tecnico per investigare e cercare la causa del problema. In questo caso è stato scoperto un problema di sistema che ShippyPro risolverà presto.

App molto utile e ben fatta. Il loro supporto è sempre tempestivo e risolutivo. Consigliata sia per le spedizioni che per il portale dei resi, la uso tutti i giorni

Piattaforma collegata al nostro negozio on line su shopify. Fa il suo dovere. Assistenza dello staff sempre ottima, precisa e puntuale. Ottima gestione dell'assistenza con operatore per chat, sempre molto disponibili e risolutivi. Per il momento ci troviamo bene. Peccato poche offerte sui canoni e un limite sulle spedizioni rigido ma vale il compromesso! Consiglio potrebbe essere pensare a maggio…
