UPDATE 2nd September 2025: We're leaving our current 3PL because of this garbage app - it continues to sync our non USA orders causing a lot of inventory and reporting issues. Our 3PL uses ShipHero. Imagine waking up and finding orders cancelled and refunded in Shopify after a member of staff at our 3PL cancelled those orders in ShipHero. It has been quite challenging to establish contact with Shiphero to begin using their services. The pricing structure seems unclear, and the tone of the sales call comes across as somewhat condescending. Additionally, communication has proven to be difficult. While the product itself may hold great potential, the initial experience in terms of trust and support has been disappointing.
