They lied, blamed me, and kept the money. I regret ever installing this. Their support “couldn’t find” a conversation I literally had with their own agent. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Don’t use this app.

Dishonest practices – app sabotaged by Shipday sales team I started using Shipday because the app works really well technically. I haven’t even reached the usage limits of the free version, yet the sales team keeps resetting my account daily to push me into upgrading to a paid plan. Phenomenal product. Great out of the box delivery solution for both local businesses and delivery companies. Extremely intuitive design, seamless integration with Shopify. Responsive support.

The team is lovely and they mean well, but the app is not at the level. I couldn't rely on its solutions for my business. All it did was causing more issues.
