ShipAny has more than delivered on their part. Quick support and pretty much all time availability of the technical account manager (Raphael) have consistently assisted us in solving logistical issues. The stars is for freely pick and go. But indeed, so many manually work would make not worth to absolutely. Just think it's same to contact to the couriers directly.
