App is very good and accurate with recordings as well as heat maps, Highly recommend. Price friendly for starter stores but gets used up quickly.

Every session now even has a well summarized session text-recording option additional to the video, which is incredibly helpful. It’s perfect for building statistics and analyzing behavior. Especially in the beginning, this app is extremely valuable for understanding how users interact with your site.

Incredible value. This is a MUST HAVE APP for any Shopify store. Shows issues that data simply does not reveal. They are beginning to introduce AI too, which is great. Excited to see where that goes. In the past we used Hotjar (I think it's called something else now), but this is much better because it's in Shopify. Having qualitative data like session replays is essential, and Propel is designed in a way that's tailored to how shop owners use this kind of data.
