Just doesn't work correctly. Known issues with main features, they removed Live Chat for AI(which i wouldn't mind if it was smart enough to resolve basic issues), Error Codes make no sense, profiles will reject being saved until something has been corrected but the error will also say its the mapping that is the error. Had a few teething issues listing stock from shopify to Ebay and Etsy but all issues resolved within a few minutes, overall im happy with the app and will use it to integrate all my sales channels with Shopify

update: Working with them to improve the app. Been using the app for a while but too many errors and glitches. Products not updating unless I go into the app. Orders not always importing. Have to reconnect a lot to make things work. Can't link items easily if they don't have matching skus

Best service of any app we have. Very responsive support, and fast responses. They've even made custom adjustments personally for our needs. We'd give then 10 stars if we could. Excellent.

Brilliant app to link our Shopify store to Amazon. The support is the best thing about Salestio, any slight issue or question on how to do something within the app and we've had response same day with all the information you need. Would highly recommend to anyone!
