Whenever I have issues (all related to customers who can't access account or sign up for one), I'm told it's my fault or my customer's fault. It's incredibly annoying. Nothing ever gets fixed. Clearly, if a customer has an account with my store, it should also be able to create a loyalty account but if you ask this app developer, that's not true. The team at S-Loyalty are extremely creative folks! They created such a beautiful customized Rewards pop-up for my website without me asking them to do it. There’s something to be said about a company going out of their way to make your Brand look better. I’m very pleased with their customer service and willingness to adjust my set up based on my individual needs. 5 stars!
