Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support. App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. We needed a full featured return app that was easy to setup and a return portal that is simple for our customers to use. This is it. It is working as expected and support has been great.

Rich Returns has been super helpful, and their support team actually responds—which is huge when you're adding an app to your store. It's been a great tool, especially for a business like ours.

App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations. For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support. Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems.
