Difficult to use

The customer service is excellent, fast & thorough.

Took me a little time to import all my Etsy review because I had so many listings. I work great getting it to look better, I needed help. I reached out to the help desk I got a very quick response, there were very helpful and I got every fixed.

I uninstalled this app and it is still showing features on my website's product page. Can someone please help solve this issue?

Have removed app. Did not do what we needed. Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. Importify is a trustworthy app that I am using to get reviews from different platforms. Best way to display social proof on your site and for sale boosting. It does the job nicely. The app is pretty straightforward to use. You can set up everything so quickly. Moreover, found their team quite helpful.
