Very powerful sofeware for customer service. All team members are wonderful!
The app functions as advertised and the chat bubble integrates well with different locales. However, the performance impact is significant. After implementing the app, our CWV and Lighthouse scores dropped from the 90s to the 60s, which is a major concern for our site's performance and UX. It integrates many channels and functions, such as social media, online, email, telephone, email, whatsapp, etc. On the one hand, we do data analysis and user operations in a unified manner.
