I had used this app for a few years, then during Cyber Monday 2025 I changed some sales prices and it changed some and made others a higher discount. i have already uninstalled the app 2 weeks ago and i still got charged, i would like to cancel and refund

When I already have an activity price, it is not possible to apply additional discounts on top of that activity price. It also fails to explain how to select the product labels for the discount. The overall design is extremely unintelligent.

I found it to be complicated and confusing

Shopify doesn't have a modern system for marking products down and setting timed sales. It's an oversight that's quite strange, but thankfully for a reasonable price Bold offers this app that allows you to create discounts on a schedule with a number of features that make things like flash sales possible.
