Printed Mint: Print on Demand

The quality & the packaging options on items is outstanding. I'm working with a couple etsy stores and shopify & it's pretty seamless. I Love that they have an Ai tool for descriptions. I've been with them a few years and it's nice to have some integration!

Riddled with problems and customer support is seriously lacking

I was having issues with the site when I first started it and really didn't like the fact that you couldn't see the mockups or your product while designing it. I reached out to Printed Mint and I must admit the response time and how to resolve the issues was very impressive. I'm going to see how it works after adding my items to Etsy. Very convenient to use and connect to Shopify. Less expensive than other options, and I like how you can put different prices on larger sizes. Customer service is great, never had an issue contacting and getting answers to my questions. I would definitely recommend this app.
