Great support from Ajani, took just a few minutes on chat for Ajani to fix an issue I was having. Used app for years, stable and works well. Looks great too.

FYI this app only supports 1000 items. It isn't stated anywhere, so there's no way for you to know without asking. We have an extensive catalog with more than 10k items on preorder. The funny thing is that this app worked perfectly for us with that many items on pre-order for close to a year. Love this app! Does exactly what I need it to do. When I had problems understanding how to do a more complex preorder, Saman did some research and fixed me right up. He answered lots of questions, all in a timely manner. Great app, great support!

Customer service is top-notch! Zora helped me with all my issues. Their "Part of order is a pre-order alert message" is exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find this feature anywhere else. They also cover features similar to other apps at a lower cost. Easy to use, amazing overall!

It is a good app that helped continue conversions (during a temporary product outage due to supply chain issues). Support was responsive and quickly helped resolve my questions. Simple to install and configure. I highly recommend this app while you're temporarily waiting on more inventory.
