Order Tracking by Pragma

This app really sucked, I installed and went to sign-up page, it says "Email associated with another account". i changed email again the same problem. It is not letting me sign up. Then I uninstalled my other order tracking app hoped that could solve the issue but, NO. it still didn't solve any problem. How do I even use it now?
