Postscript SMS Marketing

I LOVED Postscript. And then this year they instituted a new monthly charge in ADDITION to charges per message sent. I enjoyed the $200 credits plan for years. Then they MADE me choose the new pans, even though I had credits through March 2. Not happy. I had to uninstall to receive my refund.

Updating my review from a few years ago as customer service has gone downhill or almost nonexistent. Technical products like this that are prone to glitches need actual customer support. I reached out via email in November and it took days to hear back. Who wants to go back and forth via email over the course of days when it could be solved in minutes? I can't believe the lack of customer service. NO ONE is available on chat and no response from your email team either. What a colossal disappointment!

Working with Postscript is truly a privilege. The team support they provide, the ability to reach them anytime and get a response, was crucial for me.
