Great looking app, and when I had an issue with launching it, the support team was very responsive! Thumbs up!
Just installed this app. I had some questions and their customer service agent, Juan, was very quick to help me through several questions I had. I had my survey up and running within minutes! I am excited to use their post purchase survey to improve my customer service and flush out trouble spots.
