Very difficult to use, no support. Message to the support, no reply. I watched many tutorials but I could not figure out how to use it

So far, I've received excellent after-sales service. The programmers are knowledgeable and helpful. The graphical configurator is very powerful and flexible to use.

PitchPrint is an outstanding app that truly understands the unique challenges faced by web-to-print suppliers. They’ve created a platform with endless possibilities. While we initially chose PitchPrint for its 3D functionality, we’re continually impressed by the wide range of additional modules it provides.
