Parcel2Go Smart Send

This app doesn't work. My shopify orders do not get pushed to the orders dashboard in Parcel2Go. Customer support wasn't able to solve the issue; they had no idea what was going on.

We would NEVER recommend Parcel2Go for ANY shipments. We've had the worse nightmare with Parcel2Go with long-term consequences, and with deliveries to the USA never finalising, and zero notifications provided to us. We now have chargeback after chargeback with penalties and fees, our account blacklisted for three months by Shopify causing total loss of sales, and our stellar 5-star reviews bomba…

If incompetence were an Olympic sport, these guys would take home the gold — if they could figure out how to enter the competition. Dealing with them is like watching a clown car crash in slow motion: chaotic, confusing, and somehow getting worse at every turn. Save yourself the headache — go somewhere else. Or just set your money on fire; at least that way, you'll get some warmth out of it.

Terrible company, terrible people, terrible support. We begrudgingly use them because they offer access to some decent rates with several parcel companies, but we expect absolutely nothing in the way of support from them; and I say this as a VIP customer who receives preferential support. These guys are leeches, bottom of the barrel scum.

Imports items in quickly, offers v.good range of services. 2 issues I have with the service 1. Would prefer if we could set custom valuation as it's a set amount or full RRP - I need to insure it at price we buy it in for, not what we sell it at nor £20. 2. Would like for items to extend past 14 days as sometimes we do custom work that needs the extra time.

We used P2G for international parcels and the rule manager is very handy. No problems so far
