Nibble – AI Negotiation

We love Nibble. We use it to negotiate with customers after hours and it has been a steady app since we implemmented it, around 2 years ago. 14% of the Nibble chats result in a purchase! It's super easy to install and their customer service is superb. They help to implemment or to modify if neccessary.

I think it's a great idea and after testing it I have to say that I'm thrilled with how easy it works. It's fun to negotiate the prices. The backend is very self-explanatory. What I don't like. We would have liked to try it out once, start a campaign to see how it is received. Heard about Nibble and was delighted to have them speak at our ticketing conference a few years ago, we used them this year to help negotiate, rather than discount our last few tickets, and the users have loved it, with a couple wanting to use on their own events. It's easy to use and support is always there, but rarely used, as the platform is so solid.
