MYOB Sync

I have been paying for the app and the sync is broke. No reply for support. Stay away from this app.

Really happy with the app and its features – it makes syncing between Shopify and MYOB simple and seamless. The support team has been excellent as well. We needed some additional functionality and they were quick to help and implement the changes we needed.

Really happy with how easy this is to set up. Syncs products, handles inventory, creates invoices in myob perfectly and even adds the freight correctly. We have a "Website Sales" customer file that is used for all online sales in myob so its easy to report on. They are very good at support, and even offered to add customisations to the app if I need something that the app currently does not do.…

They show no interest in trying to resolve syncing issues, which I am certain would be affecting many other Shopify stores as well. This app is a lifesaver! One of the best parts of this app is the amazing customer service and the help I have received! My websites have been a little specialised and their help has really streamlined the building process. The app itself is very easy to use once you get to know it and syncs to MYOB well.
