We’ve been using MyAlice for a good time now, and it’s been a solid tool for managing customer relationships. The interface is intuitive. Features like automated flows, easy to integrate multiple channels and reporting save us a lot of time. It’s very reliable and gets the job done without unnecessary complexity.

Our experience with MyAlice has been deeply disappointing. As an eCommerce brand, we were eager to explore their platform, but their refusal to support Israeli companies, as communicated directly by their team, is unacceptable and discriminatory. App was good and service team was OK. We unistalled because found a good option in Latinamerica that suites better. Very good app to keep all customer service in 1 place, like from FB messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. What I really like about it, is that I can see customer information on the right side of the dashboard while chatting with the customer, so I can easily look up their order information and more.
