Conjured Memberships

I've tried a couple options for memberships, this one appears to work very well, allowing you to lock products behind memberships, and manage different tiers, and price plans. The support has been super fast and responsive when any issues have arrived, very happy with this app.

We uninstalled this app and stopped using it while the store was inactive, yet were still charged across multiple billing cycles. We flagged this issue starting in November and contacted support multiple times. Responses have been unclear or nonexistent, and the refund has not been processed.
