It completely crashed, but no customer service or informaiton updates at all, cannot find anyone, has no idea about the situation.

I have persisted with this app because I am optimistic and see that this could be a great app with some updates. Even though app says live support, one day they just decided to remove it, when you send them a message on messenger they say for shopify you need to email them. Haven't heard back from them since.
