I find the application very comprehensive and easy to use if you've already used translation plugins. But I'm surprised by their support; I've had a few issues and they've always responded very quickly and provided a solution.

This is a wonderful app, more than worth the price not only because it works brilliantly, but also because of the great customer service. I more than recommend this app! Been 5 years using this, and they are still amazing!
