The best customer service - always helpful and quick

The free version was recently updated to remove functionality. New reviews do not publish unless you write in to ask for an app refresh. This isn't sustainable. The new layout looks horrible with microscopic font, and the section allowing you to increase the font size is now locked behind a paywall.
