JsRates is a hidden gem. We have tried and tested so many shipping apps over the years and JsRates is by far the most flexible and powerful. We had some issues with working out if a customer is logged in (on a Headless store) and the developer was in touch with me in minutes and helped to resolve the issue swiftly (even on the weekend out of hours!) Huge props to the team here, great plugin very impressed at it's capability and flexibility.
