Inflowkit Courses & Membership

I configured the Inflowkit app, but I faced a few issues during setup. I reached out to support, and they initially responded saying they would check, but after that, there was no follow-up. My further questions went unanswered, and I waited 7–8 hours without any response. The next day, the entire chat disappeared, and the issues were still unresolved. Update: the courses work fine, they are very basic and not very polished, but they work. The subscriptions though? We've been trying to get subscriptions to work correctly for over a year, and despite repeated assurances that they are working on it, we have customers still being billed incorrectly every month that we have to manually refund.
