We used you app to collect names and hopefully chat. It would be nice to get back to them via the "same channel"** to respond to enquiries. N.B. **Contact Form

Loving it so far, but is it able to insert a file upload? Customers need to send me picture references of their orders and I'm having trouble finding an app that will insert it into my contact form without costing a ton each month. Other than that it's a great tool!

It doesn't work and it doesn't integrate well with Mailchimp. Customer support very poor! The guy is rude... Super easy to use. You just click "add app" and your website has a contact button like magic, and it's free.

Fantastic contact form, simple to use with no messing about, looks great on our store. I just don't see where the negative reviews come from, in our eyes there aren't any. A must for your store. Install this app tou won't dissapointed if we could give more than 5 stars we would. well done
