We are thrilled with this app and how it's allowed us to support the non-profits and causes we believe in. Our business is built on giving back to animal welfare organizations, and this has allowed us to better organize and grow our program. 13% in FEES!!! The app itself works great. What kills you is the unnecessary high fees for no apparent reason. They charge 10% Tech Fee + 3% Credit Card Fees + a Monthly Fee to Pay the Charity. We are trying to do good by donating to charity. They are charging exceptionally high fees for simply processing the donation. Please bring down your fees!
