Works flawlessly. "Automatic refunds - automatically refund/void the customer's payment" If you get hit with chargebacks, this is a must. While shopify will block any high risk order anyway, this fraud filter cancels the payment so you don't get a chargeback. I recommend using "No Fraud Fraud Protection", has everything I need and customer service is friendly. You can ***only*** get the Blacklist option via request. And even after request there is no convenient button to use so you always have to use the link they give you. Pretty basic need for a "fraud app", but no - they don't have it

FraudBlock Fraud Prevention will cancel the order and refund the customer but with 3rd party fulfillment networks that fulfill immediately after the order is placed, doesn't detect. I lost $3,000+ depending on this app to do this job when I should have done my own due diligence.
