MAG: Form Builder

This was easy to use and set up for someone without any website or form experience. Any issues were met quickly when contacting customer support!

I wasted a lot of time with this app. At one point, I couldn't save any changes anymore. So much work for nothing... After trying a few different form builders which had limited customization, I was really pleased to find this one. I was able to build exactly the form I needed. When I wanted a custom colour change to the automated emails the form generates, I contacted customer support and they made the change for me straight away. Thanks for your great customer service!

The app is very easy to use and simple to work with. It meets most requirements in terms of integration and automation. The team's response to chat requests is phenomenally fast. I had a conflict with the font and a second time a question. Both were resolved within minutes. This is a great service.
