Working with Emotive was extremely negative and exhausting. Pricing elements such as carrier fees, taxes, minimum spend requirements is Confusing and poorly disclosed, Reporting is extremely unreliable. I strongly recommend merchants to stay away and seriously consider Better and Cheaper alternative solutions before making the same mistake. AVOID!
I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Emotive for months now and they keep charging me. They were originally responsive but now never respond to any of my emails. The only time they responsded when I requested to cancel was to try and upsell me on their other services. DO NOT sign with them.
As a small business owner, I can confidently say Emotive has the worst billing practices I’ve ever dealt with. After missing a payment, they tried charging my card 29 times in one month. Yes, twenty nine. When I finally made a one time manual payment, they took that as permission to keep using that card for future charges, even though it was never saved or authorized for ongoing use. The integration was super easy. The best part about the Emotive is the customer experience managers. They are invested in the growth of not only my SMS list but of my brand overall. The one-on-one help is invaluable for small businesses.
