Easy to onboard, easy to use. Has reduced the amount of time I have had to spend each day responding to customers who commonly put in the wrong shipping address (usually from putting in billing address).

I attempted to amend a customers Billing address at the customers request. This then duplicated the customers order and charged them again! I requested help from support but did not receive a response. Pretty useless app and makes a complete mess of your orders. The interface is hard to navigate too

This app has cut down on a significant amount of unnecessary customer service time by allowing our customers to edit their own orders post-sale. We have had multiple occasions where the customer has decided they wanted to increase their purchase and add products and were able to do so because of Editify.

Editify is a must-have app for any Shopify store owner who needs to backdate orders. I'm so impressed with how easy it is to use, even for a new app.

I wouldn’t recommend this app if you’re using it to backdate orders. Great support but it is not doing what I need. When I backdate an order it makes a second order with the desired date and if the customer paid already then I have to go to Shopify admin and reach out to tech support for assistance to properly delete the order i no longer need.
