Dollarback: Loyalty & Rewards

This app is really amazing. The responses, features, and support are all very helpful and cooperative, It always helps me achieve what I want.

Great support! They helped me set-up the app, import old loyalty app data to their app and customize the app to the look and feel of our website. First class!

Dollarback was very easy to set up, and our customers understand store credit much better than points, so we’re already seeing more repeat purchases and reviews. Even though I’m still on the free tier, Lesle always goes above and beyond whenever I need help, which really gives me confidence in using this app long term.

Great customer service! Quick to respond and understood what I was asking. Satisfied!

Really appreciate their service and helpful! First time try the cashback apps from DOLLAR LABS!

Dollarback has been a great addition to my Shopify setup—smooth installation, reliable performance, and everything works exactly as expected. What really stands out is the support: incredibly fast, helpful, and genuinely next-level. I’ve honestly never experienced support this good before. Highly recommended.
