QD (Quantity Breaks/Discounts)

After sending 2 support requests which were ignored after the app stopped working last week I would not recommend this app at all. It did work prior to Shopify implementing the new One Page Checkout, but now it will show the discounted quantity break price in the customers cart, but it all gets removed during checkout, resulting in the need to refund customers after placing an order.

My app simply won't open no matter how many times I reinstall. Customer support was very unresponsive

They told me the app is able to make quantity discounts and the customer can additionally use a Shopify discount. It doesn´t work. The customer service needs very long to answer and my problem is still not solved. We lose sales volume every day!

Installed app and it calculates correctly to sub-total but then revers to full price for the total in the cart. Contacted their support which took 2 days to reply and then a week later problem was not corrected. Just kept getting message "give us more time" - this for something that is most likely a single line of code. Removed app thus wasting a week.

I used this app to help with the discount volume of my products. After switching from temporary to primary theme of shopify the app did not apply any of my discounts. It's compatible with a bunch of apps and the best thing is you don't have to set anything up, you can just contact the customer support and they will full fill all your needs.
